We are growing like crazy and business is running out of our ears (we are selling 400 to 500 new and used cars a month).OUR PHILOSOPHY"The Golden Rule" - Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."Hire Nice People" - Becky Winder, Call Center ManagerWe can teach skills and knowledge. We cannot teach talent, energy, positive attitude, character, and drive (we can help bring this out of you if you have it inside). We will provide you with 100% of the tools, support, and training it takes to be successful. You will need to supply the "get up and go" - the positive attitude and work ethic.We are looking for outgoing, friendly people to follow up with local clients who inquired about purchasing a car or service.NO COLD CALLING. We only follow up with people that requested to be contacted.Your only goal - Build rapport and set appointments with clients who want our services.We have a safe,family environment (if you have a spouse, they will appreciate this).Consistent 5.0 day work week. Consistent 30-45 (we allow up to 50 if you like overtime) hours a week. Saturday is game day and is required. WE ARE CLOSED EVERY SUNDAY without exception for Family and Worship. The schedule allows you plenty of time fr kids of all ages, golf, exercise, shopping, yard work, errands, volunteer work, etc.We are looking for WINNERS AND CHAMPIONS - this is NOT an entry level position!Our environment and culture are critical to our success and will be guarded.YOU MUST BE A LIKEABLE TEAM PLAYER. No Gossip.EARNING POTENTIALWith performance bonuses, the AVERAGE income for this position last year was right around $36,000.Our TOP PERFORMERS earn in excess of $50,000 annually.Our struggling performers earn around $25,000 annually.Guaranteed minimum hourly rate of $12.00 per hour - PLUS INCENTIVES, SALES CONTESTS, AND PERFORMANCE BONUSES.100% of my team earns more than their hourly rate (otherwise they aren't happy and when they're not happy, then I'm not happy).BENEFITSDuh, we have a killer benefit package (Health, Dental, 401k, etc.).
